How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days after they ship. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders over $79. For orders under $79, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.

How are food items packaged in hot weather?

Heat-sensitive foods like chocolate and honey are packed with special protective packaging to keep them in good condition during warm-weather shipping.

Are your food products halal?

Yes. All items in our Food & Grocery department are halal certified. (This applies to our food range; our other departments carry general consumer products.)

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which supports major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
