Exchange & Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Transglobal Market, operated by Transglobal Trading LLC, we take pride in the quality of every product we offer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (food items, consumables)
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards or downloadable products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Email us at orders@transglobalmarket.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  3. Wait for our team to send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions

Do not send items back without receiving an RA number — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please email us at orders@transglobalmarket.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before they are processed for shipping. To cancel, contact us immediately at orders@transglobalmarket.com with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please follow the return process instead.
